Patient Mandatory documents

  • Blood analysis (HIV type 1 and 2 and Hepatitis B and C)
  • Updated vaccine bulletin
  • Updated tetanus vaccine
  • Lungs X Ray (tuberculosis)

Patient personal documents

  • Identity card/ Passport
  • Social Security card
  • European Health card
  • Signed Contract
  • Signed Welcome-Pack

Documents of the person responsible for the payment

  • Signed Contract
  • Signed Welcome-Pack
  • 1st Monthly payment (bank transfer confirmation / money / cheque)
  • Personal Expenses Account of the Patient (cheque / money / transfer)

What to bring

Clothes: Patients should bring enough clothes for about 2 weeks. There are laundry facilities.

Night: Pyjamas, Bathrobes, Slippers.

Casual / Comfortable clothes: Jeans, T-shirts, Tracksuits, Jumpers, Trainers
Comfortable footwear. (No high shoes). According to the season: Swimming Costume, Warm Jackets/Boots, Wet weather Clothes.

Personal tems: These are just guidelines and the patients will have the opportunity to do a weekly shopping list for personal items. This is reviewed by the therapists.

Personal Hygiene Items: Toothpaste & toothbrush, Soap, Deodorant, Feminine products, Shampoo etc, Shaving equipment - Men are required to shave daily (not Sundays) Please no perfumes with alcohol or hairsprays.

Items for Leisure activities: Instruments or equipment for art are welcome for use during freetime. Ipods Non-dangerous sports equipment. If in doubt please call the centre.

Others: Alarm clock, Cigarettes.

Budget for personal Items: Covers haircuts, cigarettes, hygiene products and dentist. This is kept under the control of the staff .
